Legal documents have a reputation for being impossible to get through. We've made every effort to write these 999 x Terms and Conditions in plain, readable English that any Pakistani player can understand — without stripping out the substance or accuracy that a proper legal document requires.

These terms cover everything: who can register on 999 x, how deposits and withdrawals work, what the rules are around bonuses, what counts as prohibited behaviour, and what happens if there's a dispute. The sections are numbered and clearly titled so you can jump to the parts most relevant to you.

Important: By creating and using a 999 x account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that all information you provided during registration is accurate, and that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all 999 x products including cricket betting, Andar Bahar, Ludo games, fishing games, esports betting, and the VIP Club.

18+ Only — No Exceptions

The minimum age to register and play on 999 x is 18 years. We verify age during registration and may request documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed immediately and any funds held are dealt with in accordance with applicable rules. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

One Account Per Person

Each player may register only one account on 999 x. Duplicate accounts — whether created to claim a welcome bonus twice, to circumvent a self-exclusion, or for any other reason — are strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and any associated winnings or bonuses will be voided without notice.

PKR Transactions Only

All deposits, balances, and withdrawals on 999 x are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency transactions are available. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 and the minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on 999 x — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and promotional credits — carry wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific requirement is stated at the time each bonus is credited. VIP daily cashback carries a 1× requirement. Promotional bonuses typically carry higher requirements which are always displayed clearly before acceptance.

Fraud and Abuse Are Investigated

999 x uses automated monitoring and manual review to detect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match manipulation, and collusion. Any account found to be engaged in these activities will be suspended immediately and the matter investigated. Confirmed fraud results in permanent account closure with all balances forfeited and relevant authorities notified where appropriate.

Fair Play — Certified RNG

All games on 999 x that involve random outcomes — including fishing games, Andar Bahar, Ludo dice rolls, and slot-style games — use certified Random Number Generators. RTPs are published for every game. 999 x does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published RTP values. All outcomes are statistically independent from previous results.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999 x ("we", "us", "the platform", "999 x") governing your use of the 999 x website, mobile platform, and all associated services available at 999x.im.

By accessing the 999 x platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use any 999 x services.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 999 x including but not limited to: cricket betting, Andar Bahar, Ludo games, fishing games, esports betting, the VIP Club programme, and all promotional offers. These Terms should be read alongside the 999 x Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 999 x.

Section 02

Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use 999 x, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account being active:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. 999 x strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under 18.
  • You must be accessing 999 x voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of a third party.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 999 x or any affiliated company.
  • You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion on 999 x or any equivalent gaming platform exclusion that applies to your use of this service.
  • You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing 999 x would expose you to personal legal liability.

999 x reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identity document. While your identity document is under review, your account may be restricted from withdrawals until age and identity are confirmed.

If it is discovered that an account was registered by or on behalf of an underage person, 999 x will close the account immediately. Any real-money deposits will be returned to the source payment method minus any bonus funds that were used. Winnings from game play will not be paid out.

Section 03

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register only one account on 999 x. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person — using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 999 x is not responsible for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 999 x will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or while your credentials have been shared — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 999 x support immediately.

Note: 999 x may, at its discretion, require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions until the process is completed to 999 x's satisfaction.

999 x reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason for the refusal. This is not an action we take lightly, but it may be necessary in cases where we identify risk indicators during the registration process.

Your Account, Your Responsibility

A 999 x account is personal to you. It cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to another person. Allowing someone else to operate your account — even a family member — is a violation of these Terms and gives 999 x the right to close the account.

Keep your password private. Use a password you don't use on other websites. If you think someone else knows your password, change it immediately through your account settings and contact support.

All transactions and bets placed through your account — whether by you or someone else using your credentials — are treated as having been authorised by you. 999 x cannot reverse bets or deposits that were placed by an unauthorised user who had access to your valid login credentials.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 999 x are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. 999 x does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, or informal transfer methods.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 999 x may apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits typically credit to your 999 x wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier: standard members receive normal processing (typically under 30 minutes during business hours), Silver members receive priority processing, Gold members receive express processing (under 3 minutes), and Diamond members receive instant processing at any time of day or night.

  • Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • 999 x reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.
  • Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing is complete, after which the funds return to the 999 x wallet balance.
  • Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance that has cleared all wagering requirements is withdrawable.
  • 999 x does not charge fees on PKR withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfer (IBFT) and card withdrawals may be subject to fees imposed by the receiving institution, which are outside 999 x's control.

If a withdrawal is taking longer than expected, please contact 999 x support with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and resolve any delay as quickly as possible. Withdrawal delays are rare but can occur during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

Section 05

Bonus and Promotions Terms

999 x offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, VIP cashback, Eid and festival bonuses, birthday bonuses, and freeroll tournament entries. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual offer.

  • Eligibility: All promotional offers are available to eligible registered 999 x members who meet the specific requirements of each promotion. Eligibility criteria are stated in each offer's terms.
  • Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is always stated clearly before you accept a bonus. VIP daily cashback carries a 1× wagering requirement. Other bonuses carry higher requirements as stated per offer.
  • Bonus Validity: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
  • One Bonus at a Time: Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
  • Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may restrict eligible games for wagering contribution purposes. For example, sports bets may contribute 100% towards wagering requirements while certain games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
  • Abuse Detection: 999 x actively monitors for bonus abuse including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic exploitation of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and other patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be closed.

999 x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively working towards the wagering requirement will be given a reasonable period to complete it before any changes take effect.

Section 06

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 999 x are governed by the specific rules published within each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before participating for real money. A practice or demo mode is available for most games to allow players to understand gameplay before risking real PKR.

999 x uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all games involving random outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published and accessible within the game interface before play begins. 999 x does not adjust RTPs dynamically or manipulate outcomes for individual players.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, power outages, or game software errors — 999 x's server logs are the authoritative record of what transpired. If a game session was interrupted before a result was determined, the session will typically be reconstructed from server logs and any winnings already determined at the point of interruption will be credited accordingly.

Cricket Betting Specific: All cricket bets are settled according to the official result provided by the governing cricket body. 999 x does not accept responsibility for results overturned after official announcement in extraordinary circumstances unless the bet settlement rules specifically provide for such an eventuality. In-play bets are accepted and processed in real time — delayed or disconnected internet connections that result in a bet being placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded are not grounds for voiding a bet.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999 x. Any account found to be engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure:

  • Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity for any purpose.
  • Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity, to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
  • Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was validly processed by 999 x. Disputed chargebacks result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
  • Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, tournaments, or any other competitive game format on 999 x.
  • Match Manipulation: Placing bets on sporting events that you have directly or indirectly influenced, or that you have prior knowledge of an agreed outcome for.
  • Use of Bots or Automation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the 999 x platform in a way that is not consistent with genuine human play.
  • Money Laundering: Using 999 x to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of cleaning illegally obtained money. 999 x is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
  • Underage Play: Registering or playing on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
  • Circumventing Restrictions: Attempting to access your account or create a new account while subject to a self-exclusion, account suspension, or other access restriction.

999 x cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in cases involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct. Player data will be shared with authorities where legally required.

Why We Enforce These Rules

The rules in these Terms exist to protect all 999 x players, not just the platform. When one player commits bonus abuse, the cost is borne by honest players through reduced bonus offers. When someone attempts match manipulation, it undermines fair betting markets for everyone. When fraud goes unchecked, withdrawal processing slows for legitimate players while investigations are conducted.

999 x enforces these Terms consistently and without exception. We use a combination of automated systems and manual review by trained staff to detect rule violations. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged have the right to appeal through our formal dispute process.

The vast majority of 999 x players — hundreds of thousands across Pakistan — play fairly and in good faith. These rules are in place for the small minority who don't, and their enforcement is what allows us to offer generous bonuses and fast payouts to the honest majority.

Section 08

Account Suspension and Closure

999 x reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
  • Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity
  • Non-completion of identity verification (KYC) within a requested timeframe
  • Failure to respond to official communications from 999 x within a reasonable period
  • Request by a law enforcement or regulatory authority
  • Extended inactivity, where permitted by applicable rules

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will typically be notified by email. Where a suspension is due to a suspected security breach or fraud investigation, 999 x may be unable to disclose the reason for the suspension until the investigation is concluded, to preserve the integrity of the review process.

Players may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting 999 x support. Voluntary closure due to responsible gaming concerns (self-exclusion) is processed within 24 hours and the account will be locked against re-registration for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen by the player.

Upon closure of an account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

999 x provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 24/7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999 x's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — including claims relating to bet settlement, payment processing, game outcomes, or account management — is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your 999 x wallet at the time the relevant issue arose.

999 x is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from your failure to follow game rules or bet settlement procedures
  • Losses caused by technical failures on the part of your internet service provider, mobile network, or device
  • Losses resulting from delays caused by payment providers outside of 999 x's control
  • Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind

Disputes: Any dispute with a bet settlement or game outcome must be raised with 999 x support within 7 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. All disputes are reviewed against 999 x's server-side records, which are the definitive and authoritative record in all cases.

Privacy and Data

999 x collects, stores, and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering and using 999 x, you consent to this processing as set out in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them.

999 x uses your personal data to: manage your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, detect and prevent fraud, communicate with you about your account and promotions, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

999 x does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and law enforcement authorities where required by law or necessary to protect the platform and its players.

Section 11

Responsible Gaming

999 x is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a way to recover losses, or an activity that causes stress or hardship. We take our responsibility to support players who may be experiencing gaming-related difficulties seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 999 x members regardless of their VIP tier:

  • Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from your account settings. Increases to limits take 7 days to take effect. Reductions take effect immediately.
  • Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you how long you have been playing in a single session.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) without closing it permanently.
  • Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the 999 x platform. Self-exclusions are taken extremely seriously. Re-registering during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

999 x reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes — changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will notify you by email to the address registered on your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

For minor changes that do not materially affect your rights (such as formatting, typographical corrections, or clarifications that don't alter the substance of any rule), we may update the Terms without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of the 999 x platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Any real-money balance will be returned to you as described in Section 8.

We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing the Terms periodically. If you ever have a question about what has changed, our support team will summarise any recent amendments clearly and promptly.

These Terms are written and governed in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translation into another language (if one is ever provided), the English version of these Terms shall always take precedence.
