Account & Registration

Registering on 999 x takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number (+92), and email address. Then set a password, confirm your date of birth, and choose your city. You'll receive a one-time SMS code to verify your mobile number — enter that and your account is active. Minimum age to register is 18. Once registered, you can deposit immediately and claim your welcome bonus.

No. Each person is allowed exactly one account on 999 x. If you register a second account — even with different contact details — both accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support at support@999x.im and we'll help you recover it. Never register a new account as a workaround for a locked or suspended account.

Log in to your 999 x account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your mobile number and email address. Any change to your mobile number requires OTP verification on both the old and new numbers. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact support with your CNIC details for manual verification. Do this before you lose access to the old number — otherwise recovery is more complicated.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal on 999 x. You'll need to submit a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie. Upload these through your account's Verification section. The verification team reviews submissions within 24 hours on business days, usually much faster. Your account can be used for deposits and play while verification is pending — only withdrawals are held until it's complete.

To permanently close your account, contact 999 x support at support@999x.im with the subject "Account Closure Request". Withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure — once an account is closed, access to funds becomes more complicated and may require additional verification. Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered mobile number or email address. You'll receive a reset link or OTP within 30 seconds. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered contact details, email support@999x.im with your account details and CNIC information — the team can manually verify ownership and restore access.

Accounts may be suspended for various reasons: pending KYC verification, suspicious activity detected by our security systems, duplicate account flags, or a violation of the Terms and Conditions. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact support@999x.im with your registered mobile number and a brief description of the situation. The team will review and respond with the specific reason and what — if anything — can be done to reinstate the account.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in to your 999 x account and go to the Wallet section, then select Deposit. Choose Easypaisa or JazzCash, enter the amount (minimum Rs 500), and follow the on-screen instructions. You'll be given a reference number or a direct payment link. Complete the payment from your Easypaisa or JazzCash app and the funds appear in your 999 x balance within a few minutes. Make sure the Easypaisa/JazzCash number linked to your payment is registered in your name to avoid verification issues.

The minimum deposit on 999 x is Rs 500 across all supported payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is also Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set at the platform level, though your payment provider (e.g. Easypaisa, JazzCash) may have their own daily transaction limits. Most 999 x deposits credit within 5 minutes. If it has been over 30 minutes and your deposit hasn't appeared, contact support at support@999x.im. Include your registered mobile number, the payment amount, the method used (e.g. Easypaisa), the approximate time you made the payment, and a screenshot of the transaction confirmation from your payment app. The finance team can trace the payment and credit it manually if needed.

All transactions on 999 x are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You deposit in PKR, play with PKR, and withdraw in PKR. There are no USD conversions, no exchange rate fees, and no hidden currency-related charges. Your balance is always shown in PKR. This is one of the core reasons Pakistani players prefer 999 x — you know exactly what you have and what you've won, in the currency you actually use.

999 x does not charge platform fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own small transaction fees as per their standard rates — these are outside 999 x's control and are not added by us. Currently, 999 x processes all transactions in PKR through Pakistani payment channels only — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and cards. Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, etc.) is not currently supported as a deposit or withdrawal method. 999 x focuses on local PKR methods to provide the fastest, most convenient experience for Pakistani players. Bonuses & Promotions

The 999 x welcome bonus of up to Rs 5,000 is credited automatically on your first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more. No promo code is needed. The bonus amount is matched to your deposit up to the maximum. It's credited to your bonus balance immediately after the deposit clears. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, it must meet a wagering requirement — the specific requirement is displayed in your account dashboard when the bonus is credited. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you must place bets totalling a certain multiple of the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable. When you invite a friend to 999 x and they register using your referral code and make their first qualifying deposit, you receive a referral bonus credited to your account. Your friend must use your specific code during registration and complete their first deposit for the referral to qualify. Referral bonuses are credited within 48 hours of the qualifying deposit being made. There's no limit on the number of referrals you can make. For match result bets, settlement happens within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed.
